<p>The objective of this work is to simulate a pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) scheme based on in-line semiconductor optical amplifiers for soliton systems. The max. power systems, various bits/symbol PAM schemes after fiber length 100 km, simulated and clarified. In addition the Q factor with SOA injection currents km are also demonstrated in results. total electrical photo-detectors clarified study emphasizes that higher current, lower can be achieved system.</p>
